1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fit 'n Prep Meals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Fit 'n Prep Meals prepares and delivers fresh, chef-prepared meals. We offer meal packages, custom meal building, subscription plans, nationwide shipping, and local delivery in select Florida areas.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website and paid for at checkout.
• Prices are listed at checkout and are subject to change.
• We accept major credit and debit cards through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save plans offer a recurring discount and are billed automatically according to your selected schedule. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. There is no minimum commitment. Changes must be made before the weekly order cutoff to apply to the next delivery.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Local delivery is available in Central Florida and the Tampa Bay area on our scheduled delivery day.
• Nationwide shipped orders are prepared for Wednesday shipment and delivered according to the selected shipping method.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, or carrier delays.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive perishable items or that they are refrigerated promptly upon delivery.

6. Order Cutoff

Orders must be placed by Wednesday 11:59 PM for Monday delivery or the upcoming shipping window. Orders placed after the cutoff may be scheduled for the following cycle.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be canceled or modified before the weekly cutoff.
• Because meals are fresh and perishable, we generally cannot accept returns.
• If you receive damaged, incorrect, or spoiled items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

8. Allergens and Dietary Needs

While we take precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

9. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

10. Communications

By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive transactional communications by email and text message. Opting in to marketing messages is separate and requires explicit consent. You may opt out at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, recipes, logos, and software, is the property of Fit 'n Prep Meals or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit 'n Prep Meals is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Lake County, Florida or through binding arbitration at our discretion.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
